Stephanie Davie is the Commercial Property Manager at Costa Asset Management, handling leasing, facilities management, and special projects in the company’s diverse portfolio. With over 15 years in commercial real estate, she has extensive experience in sales, leasing, asset management, and project delivery, and holds a real estate license. Her role at Costa Asset Management involves driving long-term growth of funds under management.

Michael is the Corporate & Community Partnerships Manager at Lifeline Geelong & South West. Michael has over 20 years experience in the Not-for-Profit sector and has been a director on a number of local boards including both charities and sporting clubs.  An experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the mental health, wellbeing and youth services industry with a particular interest in leadership and governance.

Currently retired after 43 years In Banking and Finance at Westpac. Experienced Leader in Commercial Banking skilled in Business Planning, Commercial Lending, Banking, Coaching, and Credit Analysis. Strong finance professional with a BComm focused in Accounting, Law & Commerce from Deakin University, a CPA, a Fellow of FINSIA and a Graduate of AICD.

Catherine Bell

Catherine is the Director of Bell Training Group and a specialist in Human Resources and Organisational Development. With over 25 years of leadership experience around the world, Catherine uses a human-centred approach to creating positive change and growth. Catherine holds a B.Bus from Victoria University and is a CPHR and PCC-certified Coach and is currently working towards her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology with Melbourne University.

Daleene is the Managing Director at Patrick Rowan & Associates : Accountants, Planners and Business Advisers, with over 30 years’ experience in Accounting and Business Management.
Daleene is also Board Chair of the Give Where You Live Foundation, having served with the Foundation for 10 years in various Board governance roles.
